Our walling can come in a variety of stone types and finishes to suit most requirements. Generally walling is either Split faced (relatively flat) or Pitched faced (more bulbous finish).
Random Sawn walling
Information
- 100mm bed size/width minimum
- Height random
- Length random
- Finishes - Tumbled or Dressed: split (flat), lightly pitched or heavily pitched (rock faced).
- Packaged on pallets
- Each pallet contains 5m² and weighs approx 1 tonne
To build
- Built traditionally with a mortar bed. Does not require any further dressing.

Coursed Sawn Walling
Information
- 100mm bed size/width minimum
- Height - normally 140mm. Also cut to whatever size required
- Length random
- Finishes - Tumbled or Dressed: split (flat), lightly pitched or heavily pitched (rock faced).
- Packaged on pallets
- Each pallet contains 5m² and weighs approx 1 tonne
To build
- Built traditionally with a mortar bed. Does not require any further dressing.

Rubble Walling - Cottage
Rubble walling has an attractive appearance and has been historically used where a local source of stone is available nearby. Rubble walling has no sawn faces but chopped to a specified bed size

- Packaged in dumpy bags
- Each bag contains 4m² and weighs approx 1 tonne
